Hermann Hauser is an internationally successful venture capital entrepreneur, engineer, and physicist. He has played a central role in the founding of numerous companies in Silicon Fen, the "British Silicon Valley" in and around Cambridge, UK.

Hauser is probably best known as the co-founder of Acorn and its development of the ARM processor, which is now installed in millions of smartphones and tablets. The company is an early example of a highly successful Deep Tech start-up: founded in 1978 with £100, after 5 years the company was worth £200 million. In 2016, ARM Limited, now a standalone company, was sold to Japanese technology group Softbank for $31.4 billion.

Among numerous other awards and honours for his services to computer research and entrepreneurship, Hauser was made a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE) in 2015.

As a business angel and venture capitalist, Hermann Hauser has invested in more than 120 companies through his venture capital fund Amadeus Capital. He knows Deep Tech start-ups and companies from the inside as well as from an investor's perspective. Now, he is applying this expertise to Onsight Ventures. Through his unique experience, he is better able than anyone else to assess at an early stage which technologies have future potential, a positive impact on society and are therefore suitable for an investment by Onsight Ventures.

Christoph Huber is a clinical oncologist, consultant and, successful entrepreneur, recently gaining media attention as a co-founder and board member of BioNTech.

In his role as a leading international expert in translational tumour immunology, he has not only published groundbreaking research, but has also always worked to build upon these results, be it by establishing networks of experts or companies. Among other things, he has founded the Association for Cancer Immunotherapy CIMT and is a co-founder, board member and advisor of numerous other research networks and companies.

His scientific and entrepreneurial commitment has been honoured with various awards, including the German Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class, the Austrian Cross of Honour for Science and Art 1st Class, and he was named "European Manager of the Year" by the European Business Press in 2021.

Through his decades of experience and combination of science and entrepreneurship successes, he is not only able to identify promising technologies at an early stage, but also knows exactly what is needed to successfully utilise these technologies commercially to make them accessible to the general public.

Martin Spitznagel has been an entrepreneur all of his life with companies in Germany, Switzerland and the USA. He is currently the founder and CEO of an industrial biotech company that aims to promote sustainability and innovation in the global mining, agriculture and construction industries. Martin strongly believes that biotechnology has the potential to solve many major societal challenges of the future. Earning a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Robotics and Control Systems from ETH Zurich and UC Berkeley he also has an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, where he lectures on entrepreneurship.

Gabriel Dielacher spent the first part of his career in Germany and abroad in the traditional investment banking business (M&AECM) in various management positions. For 20 years now, as an independent investor, he has been applying the experience he originally gained in the advisory business to the development of his own investment opportunities.

He enjoys working with young founders. He considers it a great privilege and a wonderful task to be able to leverage the dynamic energies of young entrepreneurs through appropriate experience. After successful exits in the media sector, he is currently invested in several European biotech companies (focus on genomics).
